Traversing the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic over the past year while staying in business hasn’t always been easy street for most employers or employees.
Fear and uncertainty. Working from home and now, for some, phasing into a hybrid model or returning to the office. Supply disruptions across the economy. Coping with effects of the Great Resignation.
How have your bosses done in helping you through it all? Now might be the time to let them know.
For the ninth year running, The Salt Lake Tribune is gathering nominations for Utah’s Top Workplaces.
The annual awards celebrate the state’s best small, medium and large companies based on the views of their workers as gathered and collated by Energage, a Philadelphia-based culture technology firm specializing in employee engagement and research on bettering the workplace.
More than 250 companies have already signed on. Energage has now pushed back its deadline for nominations to June 3.
Any firm with 35 or more employees — public, private, nonprofit or government — can sign up. Their workers then will evaluate the company via short surveys through June, with results published by The Tribune in the fall.
